2. What data do we process

We only process the data that you provide us voluntarily and those that are strictly necessary:

  • Identification and contact details: name, phone number and email address that you provide to us in the contact or content download forms.
  • Query content: the information you voluntarily tell us in the message.
  • Navigation technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage data, collected by the server for security and operational purposes.

We do not request special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.). We ask that you do not provide it to us through the forms.

3. Origin of the data

The data comes directly from the person concerned. We do not obtain data from third parties or external sources.

4. Purposes of the treatment

  • Attend and respond to inquiries received through forms or by mail.
  • Facilitate the download of requested free content (for example, informative guides).
  • Manage the relationship with customers and people interested in our services.
  • Comply with applicable legal, fiscal and accounting obligations.
  • Ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising or sell it under any circumstances.

5. Legal basis

The treatment is based on:

  • Yours consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Theexecution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • The compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Thelegitimate interest to maintain the security of the site and answer inquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

6. Terms of conservation

We keep the data for the time necessary to attend to your request and, if you become a customer, during the contractual relationship. Once completed, we keep them properly blocked for the required legal periods (fiscal, accounting and limitation of liability) and then we delete them.

7. Recipients and processors

We do not transfer data to third parties, except for legal obligation. Yes, they can be accessed by suppliers who provide us with services (web hosting and e-mail), who act as data processors under the relevant contract (art. 28 GDPR) and with appropriate guarantees.

8. International transfers

The site may load third-party resources (for example, fonts served by Google) that may involve the processing of technical data outside the EEA. In these cases, the suppliers apply the guarantees provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms). You can add information to ours cookie policy.

9. Automated decisions and profiles

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects on the persons concerned.

10. Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights ofaccess, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given. To do so, send us a request to info@montoliuassessors.cat indicating the right you wish to exercise; we may ask you to provide proof of identity.

If you consider that we have not properly taken care of your rights, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

11. Security measures

We apply reasonable and proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

12. Veracity of the data

You guarantee that the data you provide us is true and current, and you undertake to notify us of any changes. You are responsible for the veracity of the data and, if you provide it from third parties, for having their consent.

13. Minors

Our services and forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect that they have been facilitated, we will delete them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will always publish the current version on this same page.
